In order to qualify for the UBC Public Scholars Award, candidates need to fulfill the following requirements:

Enrollment: Must be a student enrolled in a UBC PhD program.

Nationality: The UBC Public Scholars Awards is Available to International students, permanent residents, and citizens of Canada.
