How You Will Make an Impact

As an Office Administrator within the People Operations team, you will be the backbone of departmental efficiency. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Systems Expertise: Acting as a Workday Super User to process transactions and maintain accurate staffing, headcount, and asset records.

  • Recruitment Support: Coordinating system updates for new hires, reporting line changes, and contract extensions while ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

  • Asset Management: Proactively managing inventory and equipment needs for a large digital team.

  • Operational Coordination: Partnering with team leads to organize all-staff meetings, events, and in-office collaboration days.

  • Workflow Optimization: Identifying process gaps and recommending smart, guideline-based improvements to enhance productivity.
