Key Responsibilities: Working with the Tides
As a Farm Worker, your office is the shoreline and the deck of a boat. You will be responsible for the lifecycle of high-quality shellfish.

Bed Maintenance: Planting, maintaining, and harvesting clams and oysters using tubs, pipes, and longlines.

Marine Operations: Acting as a deckhand on dredge boats and operating farm vessels.

Equipment Handling: Safe operation of pallet jacks, forklifts, and specialized farm boats.

Environmental Resilience: Working effectively in inclement weather and the challenging conditions typical of tide beds.

Safety & Compliance: Maintaining meticulous logs and adhering to strict maritime and food safety guidelines.

Requirements:
