We are looking for a Senior Manager of Enterprise Systems to architect our Salesforce ecosystem and drive an AI-first digital transformation.
The Mission: Architecting a Scalable Enterprise Ecosystem
As the Salesforce Platform Owner, you will report to the Sr. Director of Technology & Data Solutions. You aren’t just managing a CRM; you are leading the strategy, governance, and innovation of our core commercial engine—encompassing Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.
Strategic Leadership & AI Innovation

AI-First Strategy: Drive productivity through Agentforce and advanced Salesforce AI solutions to automate complex business processes.

Platform Modernization: Lead the transition toward Flow-first and Lightning-first design principles to ensure a world-class user experience.

Governance & Security: Own the stability, scalability, and data integrity of the Salesforce platform, ensuring alignment with IT Security and global compliance standards.

Cross-Functional Synergy: Partner with Enterprise Architecture and PMO teams to integrate satellite systems and maintain a seamless data flow via Workato and Salesforce APIs.
Key Responsibilities

Team Mentorship: Lead a distributed team of administrators, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous technical improvement.

Roadmap Management: Translate high-level business priorities into actionable delivery plans, managing backlogs, sprints, and change control.

Vendor Relations: Oversee strategic partnerships and platform licensing to maximize ROI on enterprise technology investments.

Operational Excellence: Deliver measurable KPIs in platform adoption, performance metrics, and automation maturity.
Who You Are (Qualifications)

Salesforce Mastery: 7+ years of technical Salesforce experience with a deep understanding of the Salesforce Data Model and security architecture.

Proven Leadership: 2+ years of experience leading high-performing platform teams or large-scale cross-cloud initiatives.

Technical Depth: Expert-level knowledge of configuration, automation (Flow), and release governance.

Integration Expertise: Experience connecting Salesforce with enterprise business systems (ERP, Marketing Automation, etc.).

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Preferred Certifications: Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or Platform App Builder.
