We are seeking a Remote Email Marketing Specialist to take ownership of our weekly marketing output. If you love “shipping” work, optimizing funnels, and seeing your copy drive real-world revenue and booked consultations, this is your next career move.

The Role: Email, SMS, & Lifecycle Marketing

As our specialist, you won’t just be writing; you’ll be driving the engine of a multi-channel digital marketing strategy. You will turn a structured Weekly Marketing Output plan into high-performing assets across the following domains:

1. Email Marketing & Automation (Primary Focus)

• Direct Response Copywriting: Draft compelling broadcast emails, sales sequences, event invitations, and promotional campaigns.

• ActiveCampaign Management: Perform QA and final edits directly within the platform.

• Advanced Segmentation: Apply conditional logic, tagging, and automated triggers to ensure the right message reaches the right patient.

• Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Constantly refine copy to maximize revenue and consultation bookings.

2. Multi-Channel Execution (SMS & Social)

• SMS Marketing: Craft concise, high-impact SMS copy via SimpleTexting to complement email pushes (1–2 sends per week per segment).

• Social Media Copy: Write high-engagement hooks and captions for YouTube Community posts, Facebook, and Instagram.

• Executive Branding: Assist in ghostwriting thought-leadership content for our founder’s LinkedIn audience (5k+ followers).

The Tech Stack & Workflow

We value speed and consistency over raw originality. You will work within a highly optimized system:

• CRM: ActiveCampaign

• SMS: SimpleTexting

• AI-Enhanced Workflow: Utilize our custom-built AI plugins and documented “swipe files” to accelerate production.

• Direct Collaboration: Report directly to the Co-Founders and collaborate with the social media and sales teams.

Candidate Profile: What We’re Looking For

• Proven Track Record: Professional experience in Email Copywriting and lifecycle marketing for established brands.

• Automation Logic: A strong understanding of email funnels, segmentation, and trigger-based marketing.

• Efficiency Obsessed: You pride yourself on “follow-through” and have a high-velocity output.

• Remote Work Expertise: Comfortable working in a distributed team environment across multiple time zones.

• Note: Healthcare or Telehealth experience is a plus, but we provide full training on tinnitus-specific language.

Schedule & Logistics

• Hours: 20–25 hours per week (4–5 hours/day, Mon–Fri).

• Availability: Must overlap with EST and PST business hours.

• Flexibility: This is a fully remote role, open to international applicants who can meet the time-zone requirements.
