About the Role: Driving Strategic Growth
As a Customer Success Manager at Panoptyc, you won’t just manage accounts—you will own the strategic roadmap for 5 to 10 enterprise clients. You will bridge the gap between complex AI product capabilities and real-world business outcomes, ensuring high retention and identifying expansion opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:

Account Ownership: Drive retention and satisfaction across a curated portfolio of enterprise partners.

Strategic Advising: Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to quantify ROI and product value.

Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Product, Engineering, and Sales to remove blockers and advocate for client needs.

Data Analysis: Monitor health metrics and early risk signals to proactively manage account stability.

Travel: Engage in on-site client visits and executive touchpoints (approx. 25% travel).
Candidate Requirements
To thrive in this fast-paced SaaS environment, you should possess:

Experience: 2+ years in Customer Success, specifically handling mid-market or enterprise-level SaaS accounts.

Skills: Proficiency in tracking SaaS KPIs (Churn, NRR, NPS) and using CRM/BI tools.
