We are seeking a Content Coordinator who thrives at the intersection of creative storytelling and AI-driven automation. This isn’t just a writing role—it’s an editorial operations role where you will refine the systems that scale global thought leadership.

The Mission: Scalable Content Excellence

As a Content Coordinator, you will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of digital assets. You will leverage in-house AI technology and structured SOPs to produce, upgrade, and optimize content that dominates search engine results pages (SERPs).

1. High-Velocity Content Production

• AI-Augmented Generation: Use proprietary automation and prompts (ChatGPT, Claude) to generate high-quality, high-volume content across BWZ brands.

• System Refinement: Identify “edge cases” and workflow blockers to help our engineering teams improve our AI-native editorial stack.

• Freelance Synergy: Coordinate with external contributors to ensure a seamless delivery pipeline.

2. Performance Optimization & SEO Upgrades

• Scaled Content Refresh: Execute monthly and quarterly upgrade cycles to improve structural SEO, readability, and user experience (UX).

• Data-Driven QA: Ensure every piece of content meets strict internal linking frameworks and keyword density standards.

• Keyword Dominance: Focus on driving pages into the Top 3 rankings for primary target keywords.

Your Expertise (Qualifications)

• Editorial Professionalism: 1+ years in content coordination, digital publishing, or performance marketing operations.

• AI Fluency: Comfortable navigating AI tools as part of a structured editorial process (AI-human hybrid workflows).

• SEO Fundamentals: Solid understanding of on-page SEO, internal linking strategies, and search intent.

• Tech Stack: Experience with WordPress, Airtable, and SEO tools like Ahrefs or Clearscope is a major advantage.

• Operational Mindset: Highly organized with a passion for following and improving Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
