Your Impact: Supporting the Virtual Clinic
As a Remote ACA, you are the backbone of the virtual consultation process. You bridge the gap between digital advice and real-world care, ensuring every pet owner feels supported.
Key Responsibilities:

Consultation Support: Assist clients during live virtual visits and manage essential follow-up tasks.

Pharmacy Coordination: Call in prescriptions to local pharmacies or partner clinics as directed by the vet.

Triage & Referrals: Help locate and coordinate in-person care at brick-and-mortar clinics for pets requiring physical intervention.

Digital Documentation: Maintain precise records within the VetWise internal system to ensure continuity of care.

Team Synergy: Work alongside Registered Veterinary Technicians (RVTs) and DVMs to streamline phone support and client interactions.
What You Need to Succeed
