Hours: 35 hours per week (Permanent, Full-time).

Core Responsibilities: Culinary Planning & Execution
As a Cook at The Farmer’s Cuisine, you will handle both the art of cooking and the logistics of kitchen management.

Meal Execution: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes, ensuring high standards of flavor and presentation.

Specialty Dietary Care: Prepare specialized dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances with meticulous care.

Menu & Cost Management: Help plan menus, estimate food requirements, and determine portion sizes and costs to maintain profitability.

Inventory Control: Requisition and order food, kitchen supplies, and equipment as needed.

Maintenance & Safety: Inspect kitchens and food service areas regularly; maintain a clean and sanitary workspace.
Candidate Requirements

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience: Experience is considered an asset (we are open to training reliable candidates).

Language: Proficiency in English.

Reliability: Ability to work on-site at our Winnipeg location.
