Salary: $18.00 hourly
Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week (Permanent, Full-time).
Location: 2 Main St – HWY-6, Ashern, MB (On-site).

Core Responsibilities: Culinary Excellence

As a Cook at Urban Taste, you will oversee the preparation and execution of high-quality meals while managing critical kitchen logistics.

Meal Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual signature dishes and specialty foods.
Kitchen Supervision: Rigorously inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Logistics & Inventory: Maintain detailed records of food, supplies, and equipment; proactively order supplies to prevent operational delays.
Sanitation Management: Maintain a pristine environment by cleaning kitchen and work areas to the highest professional standards.

Candidate Requirements

Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years in a professional kitchen environment.
Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required—we value your culinary skill and work ethic.
Physical Suitability: Ability to stand for extended periods and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
