We’re looking for a reliable and enthusiastic 5-Ton Delivery Driver to join our growing team in Cranbrook, BC. In this full-time role, you’ll play a key part in delivering high-quality products to our customers across the region while ensuring safe and timely transportation.

What You’ll Do:

• Make Timely Deliveries: Safely and efficiently operate a 5-ton truck to deliver goods to customer locations within Cranbrook and surrounding areas. Ensure deliveries are made on time and in excellent condition.
• Customer Service Excellence: Provide friendly, professional service to customers while ensuring their orders are complete and accurate. Represent the company positively during all interactions.
• Loading and Unloading: Load products onto your truck at the warehouse and unload them at customer sites. Ensure products are handled carefully to avoid damage.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct routine vehicle inspections and ensure your truck is clean, fueled, and in good working condition. Report any maintenance or safety issues to management promptly.
• Route Optimization: Plan efficient routes to minimize delivery times, ensuring timely and cost-effective service.
• Record Keeping: Complete delivery logs, paperwork, and any necessary reports accurately. Track deliveries and confirm receipt of products at each destination.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Previous experience driving a 5-ton truck or similar delivery vehicle is required. You should be comfortable handling large loads and navigating local roads.
• Driver’s License: Valid Class 5 driver’s license (or equivalent) with a clean driving record. Must be able to pass a driver’s safety check.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift and carry heavy loads (up to 50 lbs) as part of your daily duties.
• Customer Focus: Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude toward customer service. You’ll be the face of the company, so a friendly, professional demeanor is key.
• Dependability: Punctual, reliable, and responsible. You understand the importance of completing deliveries on time and ensuring customer satisfaction.
