Responsibilities & Job Tasks

Harvesting & Sorting Fruits & Vegetables

  • Hand-pick and sort fruits and vegetables based on size, shape, color, and weight
  • Grade and divide fresh produce into marketable and non-marketable categories
  • Carefully harvest crops such as asparagus, bell peppers, blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, sweet corn, tomatoes, zucchinis, potatoes, and onions

Farm Maintenance & Crop Care

  • Hoe between rows and clear fields of wood and stones
  • Weed and clean crop areas to maintain healthy plant growth
