Key Responsibilities: Harvesting the Foundation of Food
This role is essential to the successful transport and processing of the potato crop.

Potato Grading: Identify and sort potatoes to ensure only the highest quality product moves to shipping.

Harvest Support: Perform general labor tasks to prepare the fields and facilities for peak harvest activity.

Maintenance & Cleaning: Assist in keeping equipment and storage facilities clean and operational.

Shipping & Logistics: Help manage the movement of loads to ensure timely delivery.
What We Are Looking For
While we are happy to train the right person, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

Equipment Experience: Prior experience operating large farm machinery for planting, cultivating, or transporting.

Licensing: A valid operator’s license is required; a CDL is strongly preferred.

Mechanical Skills: Ability to perform minor maintenance on farm equipment and facilities.

Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 75 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in varied weather elements.

Flexibility: Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays during the peak harvest window.
