This is an on-site position, and there is no remote work option available.

Responsibilities & Job Tasks

✔ Harvesting & Sorting C

Pick row and orchard crops

Harvest mushrooms and other crops

Sort and divide produce into marketable and non-marketable lots

✔ Farm Maintenance & Crop Care

Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops

Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment.

Perform general farm cleaning and maintenance duties

✔ Equipment & Machinery Operation

Operate tractors, irrigation systems, and other farm machinery.

Perform basic equipment maintenance

Work Environment & Conditions

Farm work is physically demanding and requires the ability to perform repetitive tasks in various outdoor conditions.

🌿 Work Setting: Rural farm area

🌞 Weather Conditions: Hot, dusty, noisy, wet/damp, and exposed to outdoor elements

💪 Physical Demands:

Bending, crouching, kneeling, and lifting heavy loads

Working in a fast-paced environment

Standing and walking for extended periods

Working in environments with odors from farm animals and produce
