We are seeking a skilled and hardworking Farm Equipment Operator to join our agricultural team. The Farm Equipment Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining a variety of machinery and equipment used for planting, harvesting, cultivating, and other farm operations. Responsibilities:
Operate various types of farm equipment, including tractors, harvesters, sprayers, and plows.
Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment to ensure proper functioning.
Assist in the planting, cultivating, and harvesting of crops based on seasonal requirements.
Monitor equipment performance and promptly report any mechanical issues to supervisors.
Follow all safety protocols and wear necessary protective gear when operating machinery.
Adjust equipment settings as needed to ensure efficiency and accuracy in farming tasks.
Transport equipment to and from different fields or storage areas as required.
