Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Evolution: Lead and scale a high-performing engineering team focused on the foundations of the Webflow Marketplace.

  • AI Strategy: Drive the technical roadmap for AI integration within the partner program to automate workflows and enhance discovery.

  • Hands-on Excellence: Actively contribute to codebases, lead system architecture reviews, and ensure the delivery of scalable, high-quality solutions.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Design, and Marketing to align engineering output with business growth goals.

  • Modern Web Proficiency: Expert knowledge of TypeScript, React, Next.js, and Node.js.

  • Cloud Infrastructure: Proven experience scaling applications on AWS, GCP, or Azure.

  • Culture of Craft: A commitment to engineering excellence, including accessibility, performance, and maintainability.
