We are seeking a high-impact Engineering Manager to lead our Service Provider Success team. This is a unique Player-Coach role where you will balance hands-on technical contributions with strategic leadership to scale the Webflow Marketplace.
Strategic Impact & Technical Leadership
As the leader of the Marketplace and Partner Experience team, you will bridge the gap between complex infrastructure and seamless user experiences. You will leverage AI-driven solutions to help customers unlock new opportunities and solve pain points in real-time.
Key Responsibilities:

Team Evolution: Lead and scale a high-performing engineering team focused on the foundations of the Webflow Marketplace.

AI Strategy: Drive the technical roadmap for AI integration within the partner program to automate workflows and enhance discovery.

Hands-on Excellence: Actively contribute to codebases, lead system architecture reviews, and ensure the delivery of scalable, high-quality solutions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Design, and Marketing to align engineering output with business growth goals.

Mentorship: Coach mid-level engineers into senior roles and support senior engineers as they scale toward staff-level impact.
The Tech Stack & Requirements
We are looking for a leader who is deeply technical and stays curious about emerging web technologies.

Management Experience: 1+ years managing engineering teams in high-growth, fast-paced SaaS environments.

Technical Background: 2+ years as a Staff-Level Engineer or Player-Coach.

Modern Web Proficiency: Expert knowledge of TypeScript, React, Next.js, and Node.js.

Cloud Infrastructure: Proven experience scaling applications on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
