Job Overview & Compensation

Core Responsibilities

In this role, you will provide direct bedside care and support to residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being. Your tasks will include:

• Personal Care: Bathing, dressing, grooming, and assisting with patient hygiene.

• Medical Monitoring: Taking blood pressure, temperature, and pulse; supervising exercise routines.

• Mobility Support: Weighing, lifting, turning, and positioning patients; transporting them between facilities.

• Meal Assistance: Serving meal trays and feeding patients who require help.

• Environment Maintenance: Making beds, maintaining patient rooms, and managing supply inventory.

• Communication: Answering call signals promptly and delivering reports or specimens between departments.

Requirements & Physical Demands

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.

• Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a similar healthcare setting.

• Security & Safety: Must provide a clean Criminal Record Check, immunization records, and a Tuberculosis (TB) test.

• Transportation: Public transit is limited in this rural area; having your own transportation is essential.

• Physicality: Ability to stand for extended periods, handle weight up to 9 kg (20 lbs), and work in a fast-paced under-pressure environment.
