Responsibilities & Job Tasks

✔ Farm Worker Supervision & Management

• Co-ordinate and supervise general farm workers and harvesting labourers
• Train and oversee the work of farm staff
• Maintain work records and logs for farm operations

✔ Crop Management & Farm Maintenance

• Supervise growing and other crop-related operations
• Perform general farm duties to ensure efficient operations
• Maintain farm machinery, equipment, and buildings

✔ Farm Equipment Operation

• Operate seed drills, sprayers, tractors, swathers, augers, and combine harvesters
• Perform basic machinery maintenance and repairs
