This is an on-site position, and there is no remote work option available.

Responsibilities & Job Tasks

✔ Harvesting & Sorting Crops

• Pick row and orchard crops
• Harvest mushrooms and other crops
• Sort and divide produce into marketable and non-marketable lots

✔ Farm Maintenance & Crop Care

• Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops
• Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
• Perform general farm cleaning and maintenance duties

✔ Equipment & Machinery Operation

• Operate tractors, irrigation systems, and other farm machinery
• Perform basic equipment maintenance

Work Environment & Conditions

Farm work is physically demanding and requires the ability to perform repetitive tasks in various outdoor conditions.

• 🌞 Weather Conditions: Hot, dusty, noisy, wet/damp, and exposed to outdoor elements
• 💪 Physical Demands:
