This is an on-site position with no remote work options. Public transportation is not available, so candidates must have their own transportation to the farm.
Responsibilities & Job Tasks
✔ Harvesting & Sorting Fruits & Vegetables
Hand-pick fruits and vegetables according to ripeness and size
Grade and separate produce into marketable and non-marketable lots
Examine products for quality, size, and shape before packing
✔ Farm Maintenance & Crop Care
Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops
Weeding, cleaning, and maintaining the farm area
Load, unload, and transport crates, farm supplies, and harvested produce
✔ Quality Control & Packing
Ensure all harvested produce meets market standards
Pack and store fruits and vegetables for distribution
Follow hygiene and sanitation guidelines in handling produce

Working on a fruit farm requires physical endurance and the ability to perform repetitive tasks in various weather conditions.
