Responsibilities & Job Tasks

✔ Harvesting & Sorting Fruits & Vegetables

Hand-pick and sort fruits and vegetables based on size, shape, color, and weight

Grade and divide fresh produce into marketable and non-marketable categories

Carefully harvest crops such as asparagus, bell peppers, blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, sweet corn, tomatoes, zucchinis, potatoes, and onions

✔ Farm Maintenance & Crop Care

Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops

Hoe between rows and clear fields of wood and stones

Weed and clean crop areas to maintain healthy plant growth

Perform greenhouse cleaning and general farm maintenance

✔ Quality Control & Packing

Ensure harvested fruits and vegetables meet market standards

Pack produce into containers for distribution
