Key Responsibilities
Crop Care: Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops.
Harvesting: Hand-harvest fruits and vegetables such as field berries, raspberries, strawberries, and sweet corn.
Weeding: Perform manual weeding and hoeing between rows.
Grading Produce: Sort vegetables and fruits into marketable and non-marketable lots, grading them based on size, shape, color, and volume to maximize market value.
Equipment Handling: Operate tractors and planting equipment as needed.
