Requirements: Must be available to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Core Responsibilities: Food Service & Hospitality
As the face of the morning guest experience, you will manage all aspects of the breakfast buffet and kitchen prep areas.

Food Preparation: Prepare coffee and hot food items according to manufacturer instructions; stock muffins, bagels, cereals, and fresh fruit.

Sanitation Excellence: Strictly obey all health codes and food handling regulations, including temperature monitoring and consistent glove usage.

Area Maintenance: Maintain the buffet in a clean, neat condition; mop floors, wipe tables, and empty trash containers before they become full.

Equipment Care: Ensure all appliances are cleaned, plugged in, and working properly at the start and end of each shift.

Guest Relations: Provide information about hotel services and respond professionally to guest requests or complaints with a positive attitude.
Physical Requirements & Skills

Stamina: Ability to stand and walk for a total of 8 hours per day.

Strength: Must be able to lift 35–50 lbs and carry up to 35 lbs for distances up to 200 ft.

Agility: Capability to bend, squat, reach above shoulder level, and grasp/push/pull equipment.

Communication: Strong oral and written communication skills are required.

Image: Must maintain a professional, well-groomed appearance with a clean, pressed uniform and name tag.
Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience: Prior experience in customer service or similar food service roles is a plus.

Reliability: A commitment to working scheduled shifts with minimal change requests is essential.
