Compensation & Shift Details

Salary: $14.39 – $15.45 Hourly (Based on skills and experience).

Schedule: 12-hour shifts; plant typically operates 24/7 during peak harvest.
Duration: * Peas: Mid-June through late July.
- Corn: Late July through mid-October.
