Compensation & Shift Dynamics

Salary: $18.13 – $19.00 per hour (Negotiable based on experience).
Location: 540 Victoria Street, Kamloops, BC (On-site only).
Shift Flexibility: * Morning: 6:00 am – 12:00 noon.
- Afternoon: 1:00 pm – 9:30 pm.
- Weekends: Evening shifts up to 11:00 pm as needed.

Core Responsibilities: The “Gold Standard” of Guest Service

This role is more than luggage handling; it is a multi-functional position focused on property security, valet service, and inter-departmental support.

Premium Guest Welcome: Acknowledge every guest using the “10-5 Rule” (smile at 10 feet, greet at 5 feet) to provide a sincere, professional first impression.
Luggage & Valet Logistics: Handle guest belongings with extreme care and efficiently manage vehicle valet services (must be able to drive automatic; manual/standard is a plus).
Security & Safety: Patrol the premises regularly to ensure guest safety and professional management of disruptive individuals.
Operational Support: Support Housekeeping, F&B, and Front Office teams by delivering on-call items and assisting with guest room orientations.
Communication: Maintain a direct line with Guest Services to resolve needs immediately and provide superior telephone etiquette.

Candidate Qualifications
