Core Responsibilities
In this group home setting, you will supervise 11–15 residents and assist with their daily needs, including:

Support & Supervision: Supervising residents’ activities, resolving conflict situations, and accompanying them on outdoor recreational trips.

Daily Care: Serving meals, assisting with exercise routines, and helping residents with special needs.

Administrative: Preparing reports/case histories and conducting follow-up assessments.

Facility Maintenance: Light housekeeping, making beds, and maintaining resident rooms.

Health & Safety: Administering first aid in emergencies and evaluating treatment program effectiveness.
What You Bring to the Team

Language: Proficiency in French is required.

Education: High school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.

Training: No prior experience is required—the employer will train you!

Certification: Must hold a valid CPR Certificate.

Suitability: You are organized, dependable, and show strong judgment and initiative.
