Your Role & Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Representative, you will create “magical experiences” for Arketa’s partners by:

Direct Support: Providing speedy, friendly responses via chat and email.

Onboarding & Migration: Guiding new wellness studios through the technical process of joining the platform.

Problem Solving: Hopping on Zoom calls to troubleshoot inquiries and explain complex features clearly.

Engagement: Hosting weekly webinars and keeping customers educated on new product tools.

Strategic Feedback: Reporting industry insights and customer feedback to the product team to help improve features.

De-escalation: Using empathy and transparency to turn challenging situations into positive brand experiences.

Industry Experience: You have worked at the front desk of a yoga, Pilates, or bootcamp studio using software like Mindbody (MBO) or Arketa.
