We are seeking three (3) motivated Dairy Farm Workers to assist in the operation of our modern dairy facility. This is a permanent, full-time career opportunity for individuals passionate about livestock health, cattle breeding, and advanced agricultural technology.
Compensation & Career Overview

Salary: $17.60 per hour.

Hours: 40 hours per week (Full-time, Permanent).

Work Setting: Remote, rural dairy operation (On-site requirement).
Advanced Responsibilities & Technical Operations
As a core member of our farming team, you will utilize automated systems to ensure the highest standards of production and animal welfare.

Automated Milking & Management: Supervise and operate automated milking systems to ensure efficiency and milk quality.

Livestock Health & Diagnostics: Monitor the calving process, diagnose potential health issues, and administer treatments as necessary.

Animal Husbandry: Develop and guide livestock behavior, perform grooming, and ensure precision feeding schedules.

Bio-Security & Safety: Implement strict bio-security protocols and maintain sanitized environments (pens, barns, and poultry houses).

Machinery Operation: Safely operate skidsteers and automated manure handling/storage systems.
Candidate Qualifications
We are looking for organized, reliable professionals who can thrive in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.

Experience: Previous experience in dairy or cattle breeding is an asset but not required; we value a strong “judgement” and “reliability” profile.

Physical Capabilities: Ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks involving bending, crouching, and kneeling.

Security: Successful candidates must provide a clean criminal record check.

Transportation: Must have access to own transportation (remote location).
