Federal Reliability & Security Requirements
Due to our partnership with the Federal Government of Canada, successful candidates must meet the following criteria:

Security Clearance: Must be eligible for Reliability Status Clearance (Enhanced Level B).

Background Check: Includes Fingerprinting, Criminal Record, and Credit checks.

Residency: Must have resided in Canada for at least the last 5 years.

Status: Must hold Canadian Citizenship or Permanent Resident status.

As the first point of contact for our members and providers, you will act as a problem-solving master in a high-performance virtual environment.

Service Delivery: Provide clear, concise, and friendly support in both official languages (English and French).

Technical Proficiency: Navigate multiple software applications simultaneously while maintaining a seamless caller experience.

Problem Solving: Handle both standard and complex inquiries with compassion and adaptability.

Training: Participate in an extensive, fully paid virtual training program (8:00 am – 4:15 pm AT) before transitioning to your regular shift.
Qualifications for Success

Language: Professional-level fluency in English and French (Written and Verbal).

Education: Minimum High School Diploma or GED; post-secondary education is an asset.

Experience: 2+ years in a Contact Centre or Customer Service environment is highly preferred.

Home Office: A private, secure office space with a locking door is mandatory for federal privacy compliance.

Aptitude: Strong multitasking skills and the ability to maintain focus during prolonged computer use.
