Key Responsibilities & Specialized Duties

Heavy Haul Operations: Safely transport freight using flatdeck, stepdeck, and lowbed trailers across challenging terrains.

Oversize Load Expertise: Follow specific routing and permit directions for oversized and heavy-haul cargo.

Self-Loading: Independently load and unload heavy equipment onto trailers with precision.

Compliance & Inspection: Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintain accurate records in accordance with National Safety Code standards.

Customer Relations: Represent Red Spade Ent Ltd with a professional appearance and a positive, customer-facing attitude.
Qualifications & Driver Requirements
We are looking for the “best of the best” to navigate the demanding routes of British Columbia:

Experience: Minimum 3 years of verifiable mountain driving experience.

Specialization: Proven history with flatdeck and oversized loads.

Clean Record: Clean commercial abstract (No criminal convictions in 36 months; max 3 moving violations).

Physicality: Ability to handle heavy lifting and the demands of being on the road for up to 2 weeks.

Compliance: Must pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening (including marijuana).

Communication: Proficiency in English (spoken/written) and a personal data plan for dispatch contact.
