Team Compensation & Performance Bonuses

Monthly Earnings: $4,000 – $8,000 per driver.

Mileage Pay: $0.26 – $0.36 per mile (based on experience).

Core Responsibilities

Efficient Team Operations: Collaborating with your driving partner to ensure 24/7 movement of goods across the Canada-US border.

Route Optimization: Utilizing GPS and Fleet Hunt to plan schedules that meet strict delivery deadlines.

Safety First: Conducting thorough pre/post-trip inspections and adhering to all HOS (Hours of Service) and DOT regulations.

Freight Management: Overseeing the loading, unloading, and securement of cargo to prevent damage.

Communication: Providing real-time updates to dispatch and maintaining accurate digital logs.
Qualifications & Requirements
To qualify for this International Recruitment opportunity, applicants must meet the following:

License: Valid Class 1 / CDL with a clean driving abstract.

Experience: Minimum 10 months of verified semi-truck driving experience in North America.

Residency: You must currently reside in Canada with a valid work permit (1-year minimum remaining).

Cross-Border Ready: Valid U.S. VISA is highly preferred.
