Compensation & Sign-On Bonus

Monthly Earnings: $4,000 – $8,000 CAD per month.

December Hiring Bonus: New drivers joining this month who stay for 90+ days are eligible for a $500 – $1,000 performance bonus.

Key Responsibilities

Long-Haul Operations: Safely operate semi-truck trailers and tractor-trailers across various Canadian and U.S. jurisdictions.

Logistics Planning: Utilize GPS and route planning software to ensure on-time delivery while managing Hours of Service (HOS).

Safety & Compliance: Perform rigorous pre-trip and post-trip inspections; adhere to all North American DOT regulations.

Freight Management: Secure, load, and unload cargo with a high level of attention to detail.

Communication: Maintain proactive contact with dispatch and clients regarding delivery status.
Candidate Requirements
To be eligible for this International Recruitment opportunity, candidates must meet the following criteria:

Licensing: Valid Class 1 Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a clean abstract.

Experience: Minimum 6–10 months of semi-truck driving experience within North America.

Residency: Must currently reside in Canada with a valid work permit (minimum 1-year validity remaining).

Travel Readiness: Valid U.S. VISA is highly preferred for cross-border routes.

Skills: Proficiency in English, familiarity with Fleet Hunt, and the physical ability to handle freight and long-haul demands.
