Your Role & Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Representative, you will create “magical experiences” for Arketa’s partners by:

  • Direct Support: Providing speedy, friendly responses via chat and email.

  • Onboarding & Migration: Guiding new wellness studios through the technical process of joining the platform.

  • Problem Solving: Hopping on Zoom calls to troubleshoot inquiries and explain complex features clearly.

  • Engagement: Hosting weekly webinars and keeping customers educated on new product tools.

  • Strategic Feedback: Reporting industry insights and customer feedback to the product team to help improve features.

  • De-escalation: Using empathy and transparency to turn challenging situations into positive brand experiences.
