The Role: From Soil to Plate
Located in the heart of the Niagara region, our farm operates with a unique context. You will be responsible for the health and vitality of the ingredients that define our culinary identity.
Core Responsibilities:

Crop Production: Assist in the full lifecycle of vegetables—seeding, transplanting, cultivating, and harvesting.

Pasture-Raised Livestock: Participate in the daily care of our laying hens, including feeding and egg collection.

Field Maintenance: Execute essential tasks such as weeding, trellising, bed preparation, and tarp management.

Precision Harvesting: Perform selective harvests of delicate aromatics and garnishes, prioritizing quality and aesthetic for the kitchen.

Manual Dexterity: Utilize specialized hand tools for planting and pruning while maintaining an organized workspace.
Requirements & Physical Demands
We are looking for individuals who find joy in physical work and the outdoors. No prior horticulture experience is required—we value attitude and work ethic above all.
