Core Responsibilities
As a General Labourer at DeBackere Farm Market, you will be involved in the full lifecycle of vegetable production. Your daily tasks will include:

Harvesting: Hand harvesting a variety of fresh vegetables according to quality standards.

Crop Maintenance: Planting, cultivating, weeding, and irrigating crops to ensure a healthy yield.

Specialized Cutting: Cutting agricultural crops and seeds based on specific farm standards.

Equipment Operation: Operating and maintaining essential farm machinery and equipment.
Work Environment & Requirements

On-Site Work: This is a physical, on-site role in Union, ON. No remote options are available.
