Compensation & Seasonal Schedule

Salary: $17.60 hourly.

Hours: 30 to 60 hours per week (Full-time, Seasonal).

Duration: Starts May 15, 2026.

Shifts: Flexibility for Morning, Day, and Evening work is required.
Core Responsibilities & Crop Management
As a Farm Labourer, you will be involved in the full lifecycle of our crops, from initial planting to final harvest.

Cultivation & Planting: Execute precise planting and cultivation techniques to ensure optimal crop density.

Irrigation & Water Management: Maintain and monitor irrigation systems to provide consistent hydration to fields.

Crop Nutrition & Protection: Apply fertilizers and spray crops as directed to maximize yield and prevent pest infestation.

Harvesting Operations: Efficiently harvest crops during peak maturity windows.

Reporting: Maintain basic daily progress reports to track field productivity and resource usage.
Requirements & Physical Suitability
This role is based in a high-performance rural environment. We prioritize candidates who are reliable and work well under pressure.

Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.

Experience: Will train. Previous experience in agriculture is an asset, but a willingness to learn is essential.

Physical Demands: This is a physically demanding role involving repetitive tasks, heavy walking, and standing in varied weather conditions (hot, wet, and damp).

Skills: Strong attention to detail and the ability to distinguish between colors (essential for assessing crop ripeness and health).
